Welcome to the Florida Association of Collegiate DECA online. This is a resource for the members of our organization and an introduction for potential members.

Collegiate DECA students take advantage of many leadership opportunities to increase their skills in many areas that business and industry look for in hiring college graduates. In addition to activities at the local chapter level, students come together for a State Career Development Conference where they compete in different competitions in various categories, such as, marketing, management, merchandising, entrepreneurship, hospitality, sports and entertainment marketing, sales, advertising, culinary arts, and criminal justice careers. Students show their knowledge and professionalism in front of judges who evaluate their performance in each competitive event. Professional judges from business and industry look forward to attending this conference and many students receive employment offers through networking with these individuals.
